This engine is developed by Andersen for a company that advertises historical excursions in Internet and serves as a guide for the content of the site. So Pet could speak about tourist trip, ancient monuments and their habitants. But in order to do this you have to teach him to talk this before.
Regarding the teaching: In this case it means to create materials that you want to be introduced to visitors and put them in to XML database of an engine. It makes content of database more specific, oriented to your needs. Next time, when engine will "look what to answer" it sooner will find what you wanted to be pronounced and talk will have more business oriented context. In your case, it could be information about your company services, popular description of goods and prices or simple chat that will attract visitors and highlight your sight among others.
Moreover, engine could trace dialog in to log file. This gives opportunity to see the real thoughts and questions of your visitors. On the base of this dialog you could make additional adjustment of database in order to let Pet talk to clients more natural.
